Vista Verde PTA Silent Auction Rules:
The auction will close at 4:00 p.m. on October 22. The Auction Committee will mediate any disputes among bidders and that determination shall be final. Auction item transactions are considered cash donations to the PTA and not purchases for tangible or intangible items. The Vista Verde PTA and Vista Verde School provide no guarantees, warranties or servicing of auction items and are not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the item or service sold. Items must be picked up on 10/22/22 at the event. If you are unable to pick up on 10/22/22, contact FamilyFunNight@VistaVerdePTA.org to make arrangements. Winners are required to sign the California State PTA Waiver of Liability for Winner of Auction Item before you may receive your item. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS.
