The Irvine community is invited to come see the fire engine, meet firefighters, and learn how to stay safe around the water. Participants will be given a water watcher tag, pledge certificate to take home, and a summer treat. The Vista Verde community is invited to the annual Ice Cream Social on Friday, August 25th, from 3:00 – 5:30pm. The PTA and Foundation are co-sponsoring this year’s event, and will provide FREE Yogurtland for all students, staff and siblings. Join us for an afternoon of fun to kick off the new school year!

Vista Verde students check out thousands of library books a year and the library would appreciate help with shelving these books and various other tasks. Don’t know the Dewey Decimal system?
