Snow doesn’t usually fall here in Orange County, but we can still celebrate the winter season and all it has to offer. Your child will be baking, crafting, singing, learning, dancing and playing during these JCamp days… and yes, we’ll even have a snow day so that your child can experience sledding, snow ball fun and more— right here at the J! Choose just a few days, or all of them!

Wow!! What a fantastic PTA Membership Contest this year! Overall, Vista Verde reached record membership numbers! Thank you to everyone for all their hard work in helping to support our PTA.

We are so excited to share the contest results!

TEACHER CONTEST
A huge congratulations is in order for our amazing teachers and staff at Vista Verde. This year, we had 100%teacher participation in our PTA membership! They showed us all just how dedicated they are to supporting our school. To show them our appreciation, they’ll be getting a catered luncheon, provided by the PTA. So when you see a teacher today, thank them for joining the PTA and supporting Vista Verde!

An extra special congratulations to Miss Connolly’s classroom and Mrs. Larson’s classroom for a TIE in reaching the HIGHEST percentage out of the entire school!! Both classrooms achieved an astounding 86% participation!!!

Vista Verde – Harvest Cup Champions!

Congratulations to our boys 7th/8th grade soccer team who won their 4th straight Harvest Cup championship yesterday.  The girls 3rd/4th grade team also won the championship in their very first Harvest Cup. Congratulations to our champs and to all the players who participated in the tournament. You made Vista Verde proud.

Walk to School Day – October 24 – Wednesday

Walk to School Day is coming up!

We are going to have our walking or biking to school on Thursday, October 24th!

We would like to create a sense of awareness for the importance of mental health, and the role it plays in preventing future drug abuse! We encourage participants to wear something red! Irvine Police will be present and volunteers will be there to cheer you on!

ACE Fall Classes Registration Starts October 13 – Saturday

Registration will start this weekend 10/13 and ends on 10/21.
