REFLECTIONS ART CONTEST

Due to the school closure last March, Vista Verde students unfortunately did not get to participate in the annual Jog-a-thon. If your child raised funds and earned a t-shirt, please note that the plan is to distribute the shirts once on-campus classes begin. Additional information will be sent out when school re-opens.
As we kick off the new year, we reflect back on 2019 and some of our biggest stories from the year. We owe our success to the dedication of the entire community to ensure educational excellence in Irvine. We could not do it without you; thank you for your ongoing support! We look forward to the impact we can make together in 2020.

This fall, the National PTA celebrated the 50th Anniversary of the Reflections Art Program! This year’s theme was “Look Within.” We received a record total of 33 submissions! Entries are judged at school level, and if they win 1st place, they move on to council level (all over Irvine). If they win at council level, they move up to the Fourth District (all of South Orange County). We are thrilled to announce that two of our very own Vikings have moved on to the PTA District competition!
