Have fun representing Vista Verde at this year’s Harvest Cup for boys and girls in grades 3-8. The tournament will be held on December 6-8 at OC Great Park.
All students are welcome to try out. The registration fee $35 per person (price includes 2 T-shirts) Register online at http://www.ocyouthsports.org/irvine.

The Vista Verde PTA Academic Enrichment For All will be offering AMC 8 this year on Tuesday November 12, 3:15-4:15PM.
The AMC 8 is a 25-question, 40-minute, multiple choice examination in middle school mathematics designed to promote the development of problem-solving skills. Possible topics include but are not limited to: counting and probability, estimation, proportional reasoning, elementary geometry including the Pythagorean Theorem, spatial visualization, everyday applications, and reading, interpreting graphs and tables, linear or quadratic functions and equations, coordinate geometry, and other topics traditionally covered in a beginning algebra course.
