Before and After School Supervision Information

Supervision before and after school:

Students arriving on campus from 8:00-8:15 a.m. must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or the student must report to the media center/library where supervision is available.

After 8:15 a.m., school supervision begins and students can be on campus with or without a parent or guardian. Students should plan to arrive at school at or after 8:15 a.m. and leave by 3:15 p.m. Structured supervision is provided from 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Playground Equipment:

Personal playground balls and equipment should be used only at home. Please keep those items at home. Sports equipment and playground balls are provided during recess(es) and lunch for students to use on the playground. We invite parents to use the next door Las Lomas park if they would like to play sports or other games with students prior to or after the end of the school day.

Cell Phones:

Before school: students should keep phones secure and turned off stored in their pocket or in backpacks (i.e. iPhones, smart phones, etc.).

After school: students are permitted to use their own cell phone only when contacting a parent and/or guardian.
