Blessings In A Backpack
Blessings In A Backpack is back!!! It was such a great success before Covid due to the generosity of our remarkable Vista Verde family community!!!! This year, families will bring the food in bags to VV which will be delivered to Santa Ana Unified School District and the backpacks will be filled there. Thank you in advance for your generosity in providing food for children in need through Blessings In A Backpack. We are always amazed at how thoughtful and compassionate Vista Verde families are. University High School Hoops Classic Basketball Camp Prep
University High is offering a basketball camp for players in 5th-8th grade, in preparation for the Hoops Classic Tournament. The camp will be on Saturday, March 9th from 9:30am – 2:00pm at the University High School Gymnasium. Cost per player is $40 in advance and $50 at the door and includes a t-shirt. Bring your own basketball. This is a great way to get in some extra practice before the Hoops Classic tournament on March 16th. See the flier attached for more information.

President’s Day Holiday
A reminder that there is no school on Friday, February 16 for a Staff Learning Day, and no school on Monday, February 19 in observance of President’s Day. Have a safe and restful holiday weekend!

Calling all Vikings!!! Gather your friends and audition for the Annual Vista Verde Talent Show! We would love to see your Comedy acts, Magic tricks and Group performances with your classmates. Auditions will be held on February 28th & March 1st, 3:15 – 5:30pm. If you would like to audition, please submit the Google audition forms by Friday, February 16, 2024.
