IPSF Summer Newsletter
Summer is coming! Keep your child learning and engaged this summer with classes and camps with IPSF Summer. Students can choose their own adventure learning coding through robotics, participating in exciting experiments as a super scientist, or captivating audiences with movie making or music. AEFA Chairperson Needed for 2023/2024
AEFA (Academic Enrichment for All) is Vista Verde’s PTA community of extra-curricular activities. AEFA hosts various parent led clubs and events throughout the year. Please consider volunteering to help guide the various committees.
Last General Assembly Meeting – May 23

AEFA Awards Recognition – May 23
We will be recognizing the hard work and success of the kids that participated in AEFA (Academic Enrichment for All) programs on Tuesday, May 23rd at 3:30pm in the MPR Atrium. AEFA programs honored include: Math Madness, Science Olympiad, National History Day and Math Field Day. Parents of students receiving an AEFA award on this day will receive an email with more information.

Math Field Day – Saturday, May 13
This Saturday, May 13th, twelve of our Vikings from grades 4th-6th will be participating in “Math Field Day” at Capistrano Valley High School in five different categories: Algebraic thinking – logic puzzles, Geometry – word problems, Data analysis – statistics & probability, Measurement – build something, Numbers and operations – mental math. Thank you to all of our volunteers and for your donations to the annual fund! Your generosity is the foundation of our programs. Let’s wish them all good luck. Go Vikings!
