Hoops Classic Basketball – Grades 3-8
Have fun representing Vista Verde at this year’s Hoops Classic Basketball tournament for boys and girls in Grades 3-8. The tournament will be held on March 17th-19th, 2023 at IUSD & TUSD gyms. Happy Lunar New Year 2023
Many of our Vista Verde families celebrate Lunar New Year, which begins this weekend on January 22nd, and celebrations last from 6-15 days! For our Vietnamese community, it is Year of the Cat and for many of our East Asian communities, 2023 marks the Year of the Rabbit! We are proud of our diverse Asian families and love learning about each other’s cultures and family traditions.

4-Vert Football – Camp Tryouts
Join us for the 4-vert football tryout camp for the South Irvine Spartans. This camp is for players in Grades 5-8 and provides athletes a chance to work closely with high school coaches. The tryout is FREE and gives players the opportunity to work on their skills and find out more about the team. 4-vert is a non-contact 7v7 football passing league. There is no team commitment necessary to come to the camp. The camp will be Saturday, January 21 at University High School Field. Please register for the camp using the link below.
