Vital Vikings is a volunteer program for students who express interest in gaining confidence and conflict mediation skills. Open to 6-8th graders who are dependable, kind and patient to help support Elementary students during lunch or recess to reinforce STAR expectations. Teacher recommendation based on academics and behavior is required. Vital Vikings meet with the Vital Viking Advisor(s) periodically to train, plan, and organize student conflict mediation and activities.
