IUSD GATE & APAAS Elementary School Programs – January 14th Update
Please find the updates below:
An email regarding IUSD’s GATE & APAAS programs was sent to all 3rd-5th grade families on January 7th. The letter can be reviewed here.
GATE: The annual Multiple Criteria Measure (MCM) screening process can be reviewed here.
IUSD’s Program Model can be reviewed here.
APAAS: Applications for the 2022-23 program are open under “Application Process” and will close on February 18th. A Parent Presentation is available here and the application process can be reviewed here.
Parents! Come participate in a paid market research activity!
Dear parents and caregivers,
You are invited to participate in a paid market research activity conducted by National PTA on behalf of AT&T, a PTA Connected sponsor.
We are inviting 300 parents and caregivers of students in grades 3-8 to participate in “The Achievery Parent Feedback Project” cohort.
Each cohort member will receive an honorarium of $50 and will be expected to:
- Preview a pre-recorded session to learn about the project and The Achievery. (approximately 30 minutes, on your own time)
- Explore The Achievery and complete 2-3 lesson activities with the students in grades 3-12 in your family. (approximately 1-2 hours, on your own time)
- Complete The Achievery feedback survey (approximately 15-20 minutes, on your own time). Feedback is confidential and will be used to help enhance The Achievery and the connected learning experience for families, like yours, using the platform.
Participants are asked to complete the above activities between January 28 – February 11, 2022.
