Have fun representing Vista Verde at this year’s Hoops Classic Basketball tournament for boys and girls in Grades 3-8. The tournament will be held on March 17th-19th, 2023 at IUSD & TUSD gyms. Many of our Vista Verde families celebrate Lunar New Year, which begins this weekend on January 22nd, and celebrations last from 6-15 days! For our Vietnamese community, it is Year of the Cat and for many of our East Asian communities, 2023 marks the Year of the Rabbit! We are proud of our diverse Asian families and love learning about each other’s cultures and family traditions.
