Teacher Appreciation Week

We’re excited to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week 2025 with the theme:
Relax, Recharge, and Refresh!
May 12–16, 2025
Let’s come together to honor the incredible work our teachers do every day by showing them care, kindness, and a little extra joy all week long!

Here’s how you and your child can join in:

Mindful Monday – May 12

“A calm mind is a powerful mind”
Start the week with positivity! Create affirmation cards or gift your teacher a mini stress ball to support mindfulness and calm.

Tasty Tuesday – May 13
“You’re tea-rific!”
Fuel their morning with love—bring in a healthy breakfast, fresh fruit, or a tea bag with a honey stick.

Wellness Wednesday – May 14
“Let us refill your cup.”
Let’s keep our teachers refreshed! Surprise them with their favorite beverage—water, coffee, tea, or juice.

Thankful Thursday – May 15
“You light the way.”
Share your gratitude with a heartfelt note from you or your child. A few kind words go a long way!

Feel-Good Friday – May 16
“You deserve it!”
Send in a self-care item like a face mask, lip balm, lotion, or cozy socks to wrap up the week on a relaxing note.

Let’s show our teachers just how much we care—mind, body, and heart.
Thank you for your support in making this a truly special week!

Drop off anytime between now and next Friday. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Gillen at lillilabuen@iusd.org.
