Read Across America Week
Vista Verde will be celebrating Read Across America week from May 20th through 24th. We’ll enjoy lots of reading, dress up days, and fun activities. Grab your favorite books, a few simple items for dress up days, and get ready for a week where we celebrate our love for reading!
- Monday, 5/20: Let’s Read! Wear something we can read.
- Tuesday, 5/21: Characters on Parade! Wear something that represents your favorite character.
- Wednesday, 5/22: Superhero Day! Wear something that represents your favorite superhero, sports hero, or real life hero.
- Thursday, 5/23: Diversity is Sweet! Wear something that represents your heritage or hometown.
- Friday, 5/24: Let’s Get Cozy! Wear your comfy clothes (no slippers, please).
